Well I for one are very happy to say goodbye to the byes for 2026. If you somehow made it to Sunday to land Sheezel (175) as captain, well done to you! Hopefully, if not, you were on Daicos or Butters to get 150+. Heeney (125) & Dawson (124) were also good options on the weekend.
Ninja VC
First game of the week. In your league head to head match ups your opponent cannot see changes to your team you have made until the Thursday night game starts. Catch them by surprise with a big VC.

Bailey Smith: He’s had two weeks off so let’s hope he comes back ready to fire. Scored 154 vs Brisbane in round 10 and has been wildly consistent at GMHBA with 97 as his lowest score.
Boom or Bust
This will be a high variance option. Hoping to hit it out of the park and make it an easy decision for you. Either hell yeah or hell no.

Riley Thilthorpe: I know he is only 3% owned, but he has a 99 & 96 in last 3 games. Last year he was 4th best forward. Feels like he has got his mojo back while playing second ruck and really going to excel in the back end of the year.

1) Jordan Dawson: 3 round average 131.3, 3 game average vs eagles 147.3: Hidden as second game on Friday night. Don’t miss it.
2) Isaac Heeney: Dogs don’t tag. 144 last time against them. Don’t think Heeney needs much more selling then that.
3) Luke Jackson: Can big Briggs stop him? Doubt it. Hopefully you’ve got someone on the bench not playing so you can run him as VC
CAPTAIN OBVIOUS
Last week: Harry Sheezel (175) Average 120.3
1) Nasiah Wanganeen Milera: I love Nas at Marvel. Then you add in Essendon and it seems like a massive win win for the saints and especially Nas.
2) Zak Butters: I’m a little wary of North as the started Finn O’Sullivan as a tagger. Seems they have dropped that recently but that’s why he isn’t #1. Don’t think you can go wrong with Butters this week.
3) Nick Daicos: 5 tons in a row, 2 being 150+. Just on a roll. Suns usually go head to head in the mid and back their guys in. No attention to Nick and there’s a good chance he’s gonna go big again.
