NATE’S CAPTAINS - Round 4

We are going to look at some of the best captain options for round 4. Hopefully a better week for most of us. Unless of course you chose Xerri and that just ended your week badly. But we bounce back this week and nail that captain.

Ninja VC: First game of the week. In your league head to head match ups your opponent cannot see changes to your team you have made until the Thursday night game starts. Catch them by surprise with a big VC.
Last week: Max Holmes (121) Average: 102.3

Dayne Zorko: BOOOO!!! It pains me to say this, but if you are in the 10% who own him. Great spot for VC. His average is 110 and pies gave up 128 to Whitfield last week.
Nick Daicos is always a good option. Scored 172 last year at Gabba but will Dunkley or Berry pay attention to him?

Boom or bust VC: This will be a high variance VC option. Hoping to hit it out of the park and make it an easy decision for you. Either hell yeah or hell no.
Last week : Dan Houston (61) BUST! Average: 71.6

Chad Warner: Back home in the west where he loves to put on a show. Will probably be back into the midfield more with Gulden out. Good chance to go massive.
Marc Pittonet: Only 2% owned. But he has been playing well until Gawn. Has a 110 and no Xerri. So if you have him why not have a wild throw at the stumps.

Early VC: Friday/early Saturday VC/C option a lot of people will likely lock in.
Last week: Nick Daicos (150) Average 150.3

1) Harry Sheezel: Started the year with 3 scores above 124. Averaging 34 touches per game. Playing Carlton and well it’s Carlton.
2) Zak Butters:  Scored well (126) in the loss  to eagles. Freo mids let loose vs tigers last week. Great option for VC or C if you went early and missed.

Captain obvious: Let’s make it an easy decision. Should hit 110 on a bad day but hopefully we get that 130 we are chasing.
Last week: Jackson (108) Average 112.3

1) Marcus Bontempelli: Highest priced player and scoring above his price point. With carnage ownership has gone up so lock him in
2) Tim English: Same game, different option. If you haven’t sprung for Bont, English vs Blakiston looks very enticing aswell.
3) Zak Butters:
If you want an early captain. Could be your VC if going one of the above options.

Hail mary: Last week of byes. So should have some good options to loop late. Last game heroics to win a league game. Look no further.
Last week: Gawn (131) Average  (160.6)

Max Holmes: Last week he was my ninja choice and didn’t let us down with 121.  Hawks don’t tag so max could do what he does best and run wild on the ‘G
